PabuCast: A Legend of Korra Podcast

Hey there PabuCast listeners, Legend of Korra fans, Steve Blum fans, and everyone who just wants to help. As you surely know, two weeks ago the east coast was ravaged by Hurricane Sandy. In the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area millions were left without power and some are still waiting for it to be restored. what is worse though, is the number of people who lost their homes, their livelihoods, precious memories from old pictures to boardwalks they had visited every year since they were born. The damage has been truly devastating but you can help and we want to thank you for it.

So here it is, folks, the Hurricane Sandy Relief Giveaway. Not so long ago, Autumn bought a print by turnonred and sent it to Steve Blum who was kind enough to sign it. Originally it was going to be a holiday giveaway, but she believes this is a much better use and hopes to find a few other prizes to thank people who want to help restore her home state of New Jersey and the greatest neighbor state ever, New York.

Here’s what you have to do:

Step 1) DONATE! Any amount! Every dollar helps. You can text “Redcross” to 90999 to make a $10 donation or search google for other charities providing assistance and relief to those who need it since the hurricane.

Step 2) Take a picture or screencap that confirms your donation to Sandy relief.

Step 3) E-mail that picture to PabuCastPlayback@gmail.com

Step 4) You will receive an e-mail of thanks confirming that your donation has been noted.

Autumn will choose a giveaway winner on December 2, 2012.
